WOW! The St. Paul's Family has done it again!

Thank you all for supporting this Spring Special Appeal for our new sound board.

We are receiving gifts every day. You all are so generous and we still have two weeks left for everyone to participate.

We have received $5,386.80 so far and will hope to continue to receive gifts through the next two weeks. The sound system is an important part of our worship together. Funds beyond the cost of the board will allow us to make several other needed improvements to better facilitate our worship in community.

Each month we recognize one or two of our standing committees and volunteer groups. This month we give thanks to our Education and Youth Committees!

The Education Committee in consultation with Pastor oversees the conduct and promotion of education of all ages for the members of St Paul's in faith. Utilizing activities as Sunday school and adult education classes. The committee recruits teachers for Sunday school and other educational programs along with making sure there are adequate supplies for each of the programs. They are responsible for the process of taking applications and awarding scholarships. Education also provides new bibles for baptisms and confirmation as a gift to the family.

The Youth Committee helps create ministry opportunities of this congregation and their friends. Organizing youth events or retreats to encourage community building, teaching Sunday school and other educational activities and programs along with church staff and Pastor about faith education needs. This committee as of late has seen inspirational growth by leaps and bounds.

SPLC is hosting meals for Family Promise the nights of April 28th, 29th, and May 2nd. If you are able to provide a meal for families on one of these nights, please contact Joe or Sarah Evans.
